Abstract

В связи с интеграцией России в Европейское образовательное пространство одной из актуальных проблем является повышение качества профессионального образования, где важнейшим принципом становится ориентация на потребителя. Оценка степени удовлетворенности потребителей необходима для совершенствования действий в образовательных процессах вуза и внесения изменений в управление вузом, образовательные программы и технологии обучения. Информация о существующих потребностях и ожиданиях потребителей может быть получена с помощью их анкетирования. Анкетирование, как один из механизмов мониторинга СМК, представляет собой достаточно сложный процесс, требующий проработки с методической и технической стороны. Результаты опросов позволяют руководству кафедры, факультета и вуза критически подойти к различным аспектам совершенствования учебно-методического аспекта и организации процесса подготовки выпускников. При оценке деятельности преподавателей рассматриваются итоги анкетирования, анализируются причины низкой удовлетворенности студентов, вырабатывается система мер по улучшению педагогической деятельности отдельных преподавателей.
