Специфика Инвестиционного Процесса В Сфере Производства Общественных Благ

Abstract

В статье обобщены основы анализа инвестиционного процесса в сфере предоставления общественных благ. Предложены авторские классификации общественных благ в зависимости от объема необходимых ресурсов, источников финансирования инвестиционных проектов в их производство, национальной принадлежности субъектов инвестирования. Раскрыты сущностные характеристики инвестиций в производство общественных благ. Выделены черты инвестиционного проекта в производство общественных благ. Определен круг субъектов инвестирования в развитие сферы предоставления общественных благ. Предложено разделять промежуточные и конечные издержки и выгоды производства общественных благ. Выявлены особенности инвестиционной деятельности государства в сфере предоставления общественных благ. Проведен анализ форм и способов привлечения частных инвестиций в сферу предоставления общественных благ.
