Оценка Системы Социального Партнерства В Условиях Модернизации Социально-Трудовых Отношений

Abstract

В статье анализируются различные методологические подходы к оценке социального партнерства. На основе сравнительного анализа выявляются важнейшие принципы различных теоретических парадигм. Автор доказывает, что имеющиеся исследования рассматривают процессы оценки социального партнерства в рамках определенного узкого контекста. Ни одна из существующих в научной литературе методик не предлагает комплексной оценки развития партнерства как социального феномена. При этом в современных условиях необходимо применить комплексный системный подход, объединяя различные элементы оценки, традиционно используемые в социологической науке. В статье представлен интегрированный конструкт современной оценки социального партнерства, раскрываются характеристики и основные системные компоненты авторской интегрированной системы социальной оценки партнерского взаимодействия организаций.
