Abstract

По уровню конкурентоспособности отрасли информационных технологий на мировом рынке Россия сегодня входит в число 50 стран-лидеров, считаясь одним из перспективных рынков данного вида технологий в странахВосточной Европы. Основными конкурентными преимуществами России на рассматриваемом рынке являются значительное количество научно-исследовательского персонала в отрасли и хороший уровень развития образовательной системы в данной сфере, развитие сети технопарковых структур и расширение деятельности национальных отраслевых объединений, содействующих как развитию внутреннего рынка, так и поддержке экспорта;близость деловых культур России и стран Западной Европы и США.
