Abstract

В обществе с конца 1980-х гг. широко распространилась практика усматривать в тех или иных инициативах правительства аналог исторического прошлого в политике государства. Особенно популярным стало рассуждение о том, как в современной аграрно-продовольственной политике воплощаются принципы аграрной реформы П.А. Столыпина или курса Советского государства в нэповский период. Безусловно, опыт нэпа очень важен для извлечения из него положительных и отрицательных уроков. Но он требует научного, исторически осмысленного подхода.
