Abstract

В статье представлена блочная система показателей, характеризующих НТП (науку и инновации) на уровне административно-территориальных образований. На основе данной системы рассчитаны обобщающие показатели развития науки, инноваций, эффективности производства и интегральный показатель, обобщающий все частные направления развития науки, инноваций и эффективности производства.
