Периодизация Экономического Развития По Зонам Акцента

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме периодизации экономического развития. Целью работы выступает обоснование выделения трех макропериодов в экономическом развитии: экономики адаптации, экономики биосферы, экономики ноосферы. В основе предлагаемой периодизации лежат идеи В.И. Верндаского о воздействии человека на окружающую среду и принцип акцента общественной трансформации. Автор вводит позитивный термин «ноосферная экономика» для описания возникающей макроситуации экономического развития, а также выделяет базовые закономерности перехода к ней. Одним из теоретических итогов работы выступает тезис о необходимости пересмотра методологического принципа рациональности экономического поведения на принцип множественной рациональности. Результаты статьи могут выступить теоретической основой для изучения новых условий хозяйствования и послужить базой как для совершенствования экономической теории, так и для разработки стратегии долгосрочного социально-экономического развития.
