Деятельность Пензенского Земства В Годы Первой Мировой Войны

Abstract

В статье ставится цель показать организационно-мобилизационную работу Пензенского земства в годы Первой мировой войны. Анализируется деятельность губернского комитета помощи больным и раненым воинам, рассматриваются мероприятия по созданию сети госпиталей и лечебниц. Значительное место отводится анализу мер, которые предпринимали земства по поддержанию семей фронтовиков. Методологической основой работы стали принципы историзма, системного анализа, а также конкретно-исторические методы познания. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при изучении региональной истории, написании работ по истории краеведения, в подготовке учебно-методических пособий.
