Abstract

Сегодня многие отечественные машиностроительные предприятия ориентируют свою работу на решение проблемы своевременного сервисного обслуживания своей продукции. В статье анализируются пути и варианты организации сервисного обслуживания, широко применяемые сегодня на машиностроительных предприятиях России и за рубежом. Рассматривается поэтапное создание структуры по обеспечению своих клиентов высококачественным сервисом. В работе определяются методы работы сервисных центров, разбираются функции и задачи для предприятий машиностроительной отрасли по организации сервисного обслуживания. Автором предложен подход, позволяющий перейти от повышения результативности к повышению эффективности процесса работы по сервисному обслуживанию на предприятиях машиностроительного комплекса России.
