Abstract

Данная статья посвящена формам проявления конкуренции как института рыночной экономики. В отличие от других работ о конкуренции, авторы которых раскрывают только ее понятие и виды, в данной статье рассмотрены формы конкуренции и их особенности в условиях российской экономики, такие как конкурентная разведка и промышленный шпионаж, фланговые и партизанские войны, PR и «черный» PR, бенчмаркинг, демпинг и др. Выводы, сделанные автором, могут быть использованы как в теории, так и в практике.
