Роль Коллективного Разума В Механизме Генерации Знаний В Современной Экономике

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается процесс генерации знаний в качестве основного двигателя современной экономики и выделяется роль краудсорсинга как нового механизма данного процесса. Анализируются особенности и проблемы использования краудсорсинга в сравнении с аутсорсингом и ноосорсингом на макро-, мезои микроуровнях. Особо акцентируется основная идея краудсорсинга, выражающаяся не только в снижении затрат компании, но и получении доступа к огромному человеческому потенциалу. Данная статья резюмирует значимость процесса внедрения систем коллективного интеллекта, который на микроуровне в ближайшие годы станет зоной быстрого развития и острой конкуренции для крупных компаний и организаций, а на макроуровне является необходимым для формирования инновационной культуры, эффективной инновационной среды.
