Abstract

Актуальность работы определяется значением для экономики, социальной сферы и социально-политической стабильности проблем занятости сельского населения Российской Федерации. Основное внимание в работе уделяется направлениям, связанным с динамикой и структурой занятости в аграрном секторе экономики, а также вопросам неаграрной, альтернативной занятости населения российской деревни. Автор подробно изучает структуру занятости, проводит сравнительный анализ. В статье исследуются причины и последствия роста фактической безработицы в российском селе, рассматриваются ближайшие и долгосрочные перспективы развития процессов занятости сельского населения, предлагаются наиболее оптимальные направления и механизмы решения проблемы безработицы в условиях реформирования аграрного сектора экономики. Делаются выводы о необходимости формирования целостной и эффективной политики органов власти по содействию занятости и снижению безработицы на федеральном и региональном уровнях.
