Формирование Инвестиционного Климата Региона В Контексте Системной Экономической Политики Государства

Abstract

В статье анализируется роль системной экономической политики государства в формировании привлекательного инвестиционного климата в регионах. Обосновывается, что в условиях перехода от догоняющего к опережающему экономическому развитию основополагающими являются процессы оптимизации функций государства и согласования интересов и действий верхнего и нижнего уровней экономики. Автор приходит к выводу, что информационная открытость региона положительно влияет на степень его инвестиционной привлекательности как для внутренних, так и для зарубежных инвесторов.
