Abstract

В статье рассматривается рынок капитала как механизм связи сбережений и инвестиций, накопления и развития, а также его главная и наиболее важная функция перераспределение финансовых ресурсов от сберегателей к заемщикам. Представлена структура перераспределения финансов на рынке капитала, а также выявлены особенности и современные тенденции движения капитала в экономике.
