Сравнение Требований К Системам Менеджмента Качества, Устанавливаемых Стандартами России И Нато

Abstract

В статье показано различие подходов к формированию дополнительных требований к системам менеджмента качества организаций оборонно-промышленного комплекса, установленных российским стандартом ГОСТ РВ 15.002-2003 и стандартом НАТО AQAP 2110. В настоящее время начался процесс переосмысления роли и места СМК в развитии и поддержании бизнеса. Это обусловлено тем, что СМК только опосредованно оказывает влияние на качество продукции. Основой обеспечения качества являются материальная база производства и персонал, а наличие сертифицированной СМК это необходимое, но недостаточное условие высокого качества продукции. Сертифицированная СМК в лучшем случае гарантирует только воспроизводимость качества продукции, стабильность процессов ее производства. В статье даны рекомендации по включению требований НАТО при пересмотре российского стандарта и исключению из него излишних условий.
