Abstract

Предметом рассмотрения данной статьи является генезисвзглядов на теорию хозяйственного механизма. Выявлены гносеологические корни, представлена общая характеристика основных подходов и направлений теории хозяйственного механизма, что позволило показать всю палитру ее ретроспективного развития. Рамки статьи раскрывают критический взгляд на недостатки существующих подходов и обоснованность перспективного направления развития теории хозяйственного механизма с позиций институциональной парадигмы, позволяющей констатировать, что именно институты являются фундаментальными факторами функционирования хозяйственных механизмов в долгосрочной перспективе.
