Показатели Оценки Эффективности Инвестиций В Инновационные Технологии В Молочном Скотоводстве

Abstract

Основное содержание исследования составляет анализ показателей эффективности инвестиций в инновационныетехнологии в молочном скотоводстве. На основе изучения традиционных методов оценки эффективности инвестиций автор дает обобщенную характеристику новой методики оценки эффективности инвестиций применительно к инновационным технологиям. Впервые в качестве расчетного показателя используется показатель EBITDA, который широко применяется в зарубежных методиках оценки эффективности предприятий. Встатье выделены основные задачи, решаемые авторской методикой,приведен полный расчет на конкретном примере (инвестиционныйпроект по строительству современного молочного комплекса),обоснована эффективность на практике. Доказываетсянеобходимость использования представленной методики как дляинвесторов при принятии решения об инвестировании инновационных проектов, так и для аграриев.
