Совершенствование Институтов Преодоления Продовольственной Бедности

Abstract

Цель исследования состоит в научном обосновании направлений модернизации институтов социальной защиты, способствующих преодолению продовольственной бедности в соответствии с требованиями Доктрины продовольственной безопасности. Выявлена зависимость доли расходов на питание в потребительских расходах от двух факторов среднедушевых денежных доходов населения и индекса потребительских цен. Дан прогноз динамики доли расходов на питание в домохозяйствах на уровне национальной экономической системы. Обосновано, что введение программы продовольственных сертификатов по опыту стран с развитой экономикой является одним из инструментов преодоления продовольственной бедности и косвенной мерой поддержки отечественных сельхозпроизводителей.
