Abstract

В статье предлагается метод оценки результативности и повышения эффективности СМК предприятия связи на основе систематизации теоретико-методических подходов к оценке эффективности СМК предприятия и анализа возможности их применения к оценке эффективности действующих административных процессов СМК. Данная методика в отличие от существующих подходов к оценке эффективности СМК предприятий включает изменение мотивационной составляющей руководства предприятия с учетом весовых коэффициентов его участия в административных процессах СМК и результативности процессов, позволяет оценить результативность каждого процесса.
