Abstract

Впервые в экономической литературе раскрывается содержание понятия «налоговое состояние». Предложена совокупность показателей, характеризующих налоговое состояние региона РФ, приводится методика расчета основных показателей, определяется их взаимосвязь, степень их детализации. Авторская методика исчисления индексных показателей по конкретному субъекту РФ, подходы к определению средних и пороговых значений соответствующих показателей, доверительного интервала для признания налогового состояния призваны способствовать принятию грамотных управленческих решений по совершенствованию налогообложения на соответствующей территории РФ.
