Abstract

В статье излагаются вопросы совершенствования системы отношений « государство региональное сообщество» в контексте эффективной реализации государственной региональной политики. Рассматриваются направления согласования интересов «центр регионы» посредством мер децентрализации. В новой региональной политике принципами взаимодействия федеральной власти с региональным сообществом должны стать: децентрализация властных отношений, направленная на развитие самостоятельности, поддержание творческой инициативы региональных сообществ, содействие их социокультурному разнообразию.
