Процесс Генерации Знаний Как Основа Трансформации Университета В Рамках Концепции Современной Экономики

Abstract

Цель данного исследования рассмотреть процессы генерации знаний в качестве основного двигателя современной экономики, показать происходящие институциональные трансформации в образовании и выявить роль университета в данном процессе. Анализируются парадоксы образования и обучения, которые характеризуют происходящие институциональные трансформации в образовании. Особо акцентируется необходимость формирования долгосрочных компетенций человека, связанных с постоянной генерацией знаний, в том числе такого навыка, как интеллектуальное предпринимательство, с целью сохранения им статуса конкурентоспособного члена общества. Проводником данного процесса выступает университет. Автор резюмирует значимость процесса глобализации, интеграции и сетезации университета с другими институтами генерации знаний для гармоничного развития экономики, основанной на знаниях.
