Модель Труда Информационного Общества: Проблема Внедрения В Современной России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются причины отсутствия в современном российском обществе формы труда постиндустриального общества в связи с его институциональными особенностями информационного обмена. Сравнительный анализ включения человека в трудовые процессы в информационном обществе выявляет негативные факторы для развития профессионального творческого труда в современной России, обусловленные социальной невостребованностью ценностных ориентаций профессионализма, низкой материальной оценкой труда, неразвитостью свободы формы труда, недостаточностью материальных ресурсов для информатизации трудовой деятельности. Отрицательная зависимость между повышением экономического статуса работника и его креативностью существенно тормозит инновационные преобразования труда. Знание негативных факторов модернизации труда необходимо для развития социально-экономической науки и решения практических задач совершенствования трудовых отношений в России.
