Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются институциональные ловушки, присущие институту частно-государственного партнерства в России: перерастание его в коррупционные модели сращивания государства и бизнеса; проецирование доминирующей модели института государственно-частного партнерства на развитие других институтов экономики и общества в целом; персонификация властью проектирования и реализации модели партнерских взаимоотношений государства и бизнеса.
