Критерии Качества Структурно-Технологических Изменений В Экономике

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные понятия, связанные с процессом структурно-технологических изменений в экономике, дается их характеристика, выделяются функции, виды. Проводится краткий анализ структурно-технологических изменений в России и делается вывод о необходимости институционального подхода, гуманитарных ориентиров и учета в анализе структурно-технологических изменений субъективного фактора. Отмечаются основные негативные факторы, затрудняющие качественные и эффективные структурно-технологические изменения в экономике. Выделены требования к качеству структурно-технологических преобразований в экономике. Утверждается, что для адекватных структурно-технологических изменений необходимо накопление общественного социального капитала, а нравственная составляющая в структурно-технологических преобразованиях должна стать основополагающей.
