Abstract

В статье рассмотрены закономерности развития организационных структур. На основе закона К. Маркса о соответствии производственных отношений характеру и уровню производительных сил автор объясняет потребность организаций в пересмотре организационной структуры. Рассматриваются требования к организационным структурам в условиях формирования «новой экономики».
