Abstract

Трансформация отраслей промышленности привела к значительному сокращению продукции основных обрабатывающих производств, к снижению уровня квалификации, оплаты труда работников. Удельный вес зарплаты в структуре валовой добавленной стоимости снизился с 77 до 47%. Как следствие снизилась возможность населения удовлетворять свои текущие и долгосрочные потребности. Необходимо составление балансов потребностей и возможностей различных слоев населения.
