Abstract

Реализация реинжиниринга на современ ном предприятии должна осуществляться на основе ряда принципов управления в сложной динамичной среде. В данной статье предложены этапы проведения работ реинжиниринга применительно к промышленному предприятию, а также определены условия успешной реализации данного проекта.
