Abstract

В целях совершенствования системы регионального управления перед органами государственной власти субъекта РФ стоит актуальная проблема разработки и совершенствования регионального финансового механизма. В статье рассмотрены его сущность и состав, проанализированы звенья и элементы, даны предложения теоретического развития.
