Эволюция Института Внутренней Корпоративной Опеки

Abstract

Предметом исследования выступают отношения корпорации и общества в процессе становления института корпоративной социальной ответственности. Рассматриваются теории корпоративного эгоизма, разумного эгоизма и корпоративного альтруизма. Корпоративная социальная ответственность разделена на внешнюю, направленную на жителей местного сообщества, и внутреннюю, направленную на формирование социального пакета для своих работников. Наряду с такими стандартными составляющими социального пакета, как вложения в образование и здравоохранение сотрудников, рассмотрена политика корпораций в отношении опекаемых благ. Используется методология теории социодинамики. Результаты могут быть использованы при формировании внутренней политики управления здоровьем на предприятии.
