Abstract

Обосновывается распределение меры ответственности между государством и частным бизнесом в финансировании геологоразведочных работ (ГРР). Определена актуальность роли государства в инвестиционном процессе, которая состоит в координации совместных действий с частными компаниями. Снижение рисков и создание условий для притока частных капиталов рассматриваются как сферы прямого участия государства при проведении ГРР.
