Abstract

В статье анализируется развитие демографической ситуации в России в последние десятилетия. Автор отме-чает устойчивую тенденцию к сокращению населения страны. Это неизбежно порождает множество социальныхпроблем. Масштабность и сложность демографических процессов, происходивших в России, определяют необхо-димость серьезных изменений государственной политики в этой сфере.
