Тенденции, Проблемы И Опыт Стратегического Развития Интегрированных Корпоративных Образований В Промышленности

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ основных тенденций и опыта структурных преобразований в электронной промышленности России. Раскрываются причины и рассматриваются этапы создания высокоинтегрированного холдинга ОАО «Российская электроника». На основе проведенного SWOT-анализа делается вывод о причинах выбора стратегии развития холдинга, изменениях его структуры и формировании его стратегического ядра. Дается анализ возможных рисков реализации выбранной стратегии развития холдинга. В связи с отсутствием у холдинга значительных инвестиционных средств необходимо сконцентрировать усилия на инфраструктурных областях исследованиях, разработках, дистрибуции и логистике.
