Информационный Аспект Роста Эффективности Оперативного Управления Производством

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен информационный аспект управления производством на крупных промышленных предприятиях. Определена роль информации в этом процессе. Предложен принцип передачи информации в системе оперативного управления на цеховом и заводском уровнях. Показано уменьшение информационного потока по мере его движения снизу вверх в иерархической организационной структуре управления. Предложен принцип информационного обмена между должностными лицами в процессе оперативного управления производством, позволяющий разгрузить каналы информации, упорядочить ее, исключить параллельные потоки однозначной информации, повысить ответственность за ее обработку и выдачу, оградить руководящий управленческий персонал от получения малоценной и, по существу, ненужной информации, что будет способствовать его концентрации на решении важных проблем преимущественно перспективной направленности.
