Abstract

Объектом исследования является общественное производство в условиях нарастания экономических диспропорций. Статья нацелена на выявление институциональных инструментов повышения эффективности общественного производства. Автор обосновывает воздействие таких институциональных инструментов, как: генерализованное доверие; институты финансово-бюджетного и денежно кредитного регулирования; институты структурно-экономической политики снижения экономической диспропорциональности в современной России. Особое внимание уделено следующим видам институциональных инструментов: прямые и косвенные; инерционные; циклические; модернизационные. Делается вывод о необходимости оптимизации системы институциональных инструментов повышения эффективности общественного производства.
