Abstract

В статье рассматривается порядок подготовки, проведения и учета результатов инвентаризации в некоторых странах Европы и США. Дается описание нескольких видов проверок, пока не получивших широкого распространения в России, но часто применяемых в западном учете, в частности, организации системы непрерывной инвентаризации. Приведены некоторые особенности учета запасов. В проведении инвентаризации аудитор рассматривается как независимая сторона, заинтересованная в точных сведениях о качественном и количественном состоянии имущества. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы государственными и коммерческими предприятиями для совершенствования подхода к контролю фактического состояния объектов учета, изменения и оптимизации процедуры проведения инвентаризации.
