Опыт Решения Проблемы Закрепления Кадров На Селе В 1960 1980-Е Годы

Abstract

В исследуемый период рассматриваемый аспект кадровой проблематики являлся крайне актуальным. Распределение выпускников вузов носило планомерный характер, однако не все молодые специалисты работали по месту распределения в сельскохозяйственных организациях, миграция работников в города создавала на селе кадровый дефицит. Молодежь бежала из села в более привлекательные с точки зрения профессионального роста, организации досуга города. Анализируемый в ретроспективном контексте опыт разрешения данных вопросов не утратил значимости и в настоящее время, когда трудоустройство выпускников вузов является не менее важным, чем в советский период. Изменить кадровую ситуацию в сельской местности могут стимулы материального и морального порядка, повышение престижности сельскохозяйственного труда, активная популяризация его значимости для воспроизводства жизни всего населения страны.
