Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические основы изменения стратегии восприятия и оценки рисков в социальном управлении. В информационном обществе риски специально производятся. Это производство легитимное, осуществляемое во всех сферах жизнедеятельности общества. На основании методологии выделения «микрофи-зического уровня власти» определяются два кластера рисков. Они условно обозначаются как «дисциплинарные» и «персональные» риски, которые ускользают от поверхностного взгляда, показывают возможности выделения целого спектра фундаментальных рисков информатизации.
