Автономии Среднего Поволжья В Системе Экономического Районирования Советской России (20-30-Е Годы Xx Века)

Abstract

В статье рассматривается одно из важных направлений внутренней политики Советского государства экономическое районирование. Акцентируется внимание на сложностях процесса, проистекавших, главным образом, из особенностей строительства особого, советского, типа федерации, создававшейся на основе национально-территориального принципа. Стремление гармоничного сочетания небольших по размерам национальных автономий и крупных территориально-административных формирований в едином экономическом комплексе страны в условиях существенной отсталости национальных регионов входило в противоречие с объективными закономерностями экономического развития, что создавало серьезные трудности. В статье раскрываются проблемы районирования, возникавшие в таком полиэтническом регионе Советской России, как Среднее Поволжье.
