Отчуждение Элиты От Народа

Abstract

По некоторым социологическим исследованиям, в нашей стране сегодня насчитывается 6 млн чиновников разного уровня. Перестройка и постсоветское развитие России способствовали увеличению их рядов. Борьба за власть в верхнем эшелоне между М. Горбачевым и Б. Ельциным заставляла внедрять своих людей во все уровни государственного управления. Элиты двух лидеров крепко держались за неожиданно полученные кресла, за свои должности. Чаще всего при этом они решали личные проблемы, забывая о нуждах населения. Безработица, нищета, бедность простых людей не особенно волновали чиновничью элиту, с каждым годом отторжение ее от народных масс становилось все заметней, все ощутимей. Автор статьи пытается вникнуть в этот процесс, проанализировать, почему все так происходило, в чем причины этого негативного явления.
