Факторы Повышения Институциональной Конкурентоспособности Национальной Экономики

Abstract

Институциональная конкурентоспособность является сложным и многогранным понятием. В самом общем виде ее можно представить в виде совокупности институционально-экономических отношений между основными субъектами и институтами национальной экономики, а также инструментов и факторов воздействия на формирование и повышение конкурентных преимуществ экономической системы страны в рамках институциональной среды функционирования. В статье раскрывается классификация факторов, способствующих повышению институциональной конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Наиболее адекватными и эффективными современному состоянию развития являются своеобразные «точки роста», или кластеры, и сетевое сотрудничество субъектов и институтов хозяйственного комплекса страны, приводящее к самоорганизации и саморазвитию экономической системы.
