Формирование Наукоемкой Структуры Производства В Системе Факторов Восстановительного Роста Экономики

Abstract

В статье идет речь о посткризисном развитии, характеристикой которого является то, что сложившаяся до 2008 г. технологическая база не позволяет обеспечить прежний рост потребления. Приоритетными становятся ресурсосберегающий, наукоемкий типы развития промышленного производства и кардинальное изменение гедонистической психологии потребителей топливно-энергетических ресурсов. Выделено три типа нововведений, и охарактеризован механизм их влияния на восстановительный рост. Технологическая структура экономики рассмотрена как многоуровневая система; охарактеризовано воздействие различных уровней на восстановительный экономический рост.
