Abstract

В статье основное внимание уделено организационноструктурным изменениям промышленных организаций в процессе модернизации российской экономики. Государственное регулирование проведения структурных преобразований проходит в условиях становления инновационной экономики России. В этой связи в статье показана взаимосвязь направлений модернизации и институциональных изменений стратегических предприятий. В работе рассматривается содержание организационно-структурных изменений предприятий промышленности, в том числе совершенствование структуры, систем и методов управления, внедрение современных технологий менеджмента и учета в рамках основных концепций организационного развития предприятий.
