Внедрение Инновационной Стратегической Политики На Промышленных Предприятиях России: Условия И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье даются основные направления разработки законопроектов в сфере инновационной политики. В условиях рыночной экономики инновационная сфера оказалась не готовой к работе в новых условиях, так как именно в этой сфере происходит превращение научно-технического продукта в рыночный товар с высокими потребительскими свойствами. Современные информационные системы внедряют менее 10 15% всех российских промышленных предприятий. Таким образом, для повышения реальной конкурентоспособности современных инновационных предприятий необходимы комплексные меры как на уровне предприятия развитие инфраструктуры новейших форм консалтинга в сфере высоких технологий, так и на государственном уровне принятие соответствующих законопроектов, снижающих барьеры в переходе к инновационной политике в промышленности.
