Синергетический Подход К Социальному Управлению В Информационной Культуре

Abstract

В статье предлагается концептуализация синергетического подхода применительно к социальному управлению в ситуации становления информационной культуры. Сложность связана с тем, что синергетика элиминирует из своего проблемного поля классическую задачу объективного и полного описания мира, ориентируясь лишь на создание схемы понимания действий, процессов и состояний. Информационная культура предполагает возможность синергийного анализа и социального проектирования. Синергетика предлагает изменение масштаба рассмотрения. Одной из возможностей такого изменения является микрофизика власти М.Фуко. Именно микрофизический анализ позволяет построить модели нелинейных, неравновесных систем, подвергающихся действию флуктуации.
