Влияние Технологии На Строение Организационной Структуры Предприятия

Abstract

В статье представлен ситуационный подход к анализу организационной структуры предприятия. Целью данной работы является исследование природы технологий, определение их влияния на динамику параметров организационной структурой. Изучены концепции зарубежных исследователей по вопросу классификации технологий. Определена суть влияния основных характеристик технологий, таких как технологическая сложность, рутинность работы, взаимозависимость отделений при выполнении работы, на параметры организационного проектирования: формализацию, централизацию, сложность, конфигурацию, механизмы координации и контроля. Результаты исследования могут использоваться менеджерами при проектировании организационной структуры предприятия и проведении реструктуризации.
