Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию новых аспектов системы экономической безопасности. Цель статьи выявить новые риски и угрозы экономической безопасности, вызванные переходом к постиндустриальной экономике. Методология исследования основана на интеграции теории безопасности, теории постиндустриальной экономики, институциональной теории. Определена логическая взаимосвязь категорий экономической безопасности. Представлена модель «дерева рисков» современной экономики, раскрывающая их рыночные, институциональные, социальные, информационные и психологические аспекты. В качестве новых угроз экономической безопасности государства рассмотрены информационные войны и информационный терроризм, виртуализм, сетевые ловушки, власть нетократии и др.
