Проблема Взаимосвязи Рынков Интеллектуальных Ресурсов И Интеллектуального Капитала

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема взаимосвязи рынкаинтеллектуальных ресурсов и рынка интеллектуального капитала. Представлены два общих подхода к пониманию структуры рынков знаний: традиционного и факторного. На основе анализа базовых понятий выдвигается интеграционный подход к их соотношению и постулируется необходимость рассмотрения их как связанных, но не тождественных. Результатом применения такого подхода является предложенный автором цикл движения знаний в процессе общественного воспроизводства. В статье обосновывается, что использование данного подхода ставит перед экономической теорией новую научную проблему, заключенную в анализе связей между рынком интеллектуальных ресурсов и рынком интеллектуального капитала.
