Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам формирования и организации сервисных логистических центров и служб на современных российских предприятиях машиностроительной отрасли. Анализируется взаимосвязь между повышением качества продукции, ее конкурентоспособностью и грамотной работой системы сервиса и технического обслуживания на предприятиях. Вводится понятие логистического сервиса, дается определение его функций. Даются рекомендации по изучению оценки степени удовлетворенности заказчика, которая анализируется работниками сервисных служб предприятий или отделом маркетинга. Необходимо отметить, что важным является обучение и техническая подготовка персонала. Большое внимание в статье уделяется работе службы сервиса на машиностроительных предприятиях и ее взаимодействие с другими службами и отделами предприятия. Результаты исследования и полученные выводы могут широко применяться в работе сервисных центров и служб машиностроительных предприятий России.
