Институциональное Совершенствование Инвестиционного Процесса В Рамках Формирования Эффективной Системной Инвестиционной Политики

Abstract

Автор, используя системный подход в рамках институционально-эволюционной парадигмы, исследует проблемы институциализации инвестиционного процесса. Объектом исследования выступают отношения, складывающиеся между базовыми и инфраструктурными институтами, хозяйствующими субъектами по поводу инвестиций. Делается вывод, что осуществление эффективной системной инновационной политики способствует созданию экономических зон опережающего развития, что, в свою очередь, благоприятствует росту привлекательности экономики с точки зрения инвесторов. Для решения этой задачи необходимо формировать институты, способствующие привлечению иностранных инвестиций, связанных с трансфером в принимающую страну новых технологий.
